Terms of Service for Grow a Sunflower

1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting or using Grow a Sunflower (the “Bot”), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Bot.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by Discord’s Terms of Service in your country) to use the Bot.

3. Use of the Bot

You agree not to use the Bot for illegal, harmful, or disruptive purposes.

You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Abuse, spam, or attempts to exploit the Bot’s features may result in a ban from using the Bot.

4. Data Collection & Privacy

The Bot may collect limited data (e.g., user IDs, server IDs, command usage) to function properly.

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Defunct account information will be purged regularly.

For all intents and purposes this counts as our privacy policy.

5. Availability & Changes

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue the Bot at any time without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues caused by the use or inability to use the Bot.

7. Termination

We may revoke your access to the Bot at any time for violations of these Terms or Discord’s rules.

We may revoke your access to the Bot at any time, for any reason. Discord trolls will be banned.
